2006 STI Rally Car Build Highlights
Do you like to go slide-ways in the dirt? If you like to Lift, Turn, Brake to initiate your turns then this is the E-ride ticket for you. Scandinavian flick? No problem! Starting with a solid Subaru WRX STI platform, Vali Motorsports strips it down to bare chassis and creates a WRC capable platform. Full FIA approved roll cage, chassis stiffening and bracing at key stress points along with shock tower reinforcement are the beginning of the chassis upgrades. Follow that with long travel suspension and careful tuning and you have a serious handling off road chariot. Then hot up the power train a bit with some engine and turbo tuning and an off-road compatible braking system with hand brake and you are ready for next rally stage or driving around town.
